The Senior Girls Basketball team traveled to Bear Creek yesterday and came away with a big 14 point win against the Kodiaks. The team adjusted defensively and completely shut down their opponents and owned the paint in the second half. The offense started to click and the 3 balls were falling from the corner and the Nighthawks pulled away. The win pushed their overall record to 6 and 3.

Go Hawks!!!!!

Yesterday the Sr. Girls Flag Football team hosted Eastview for their 3rd game of the season.  The defence was totally solid the entire game and was always able to adjust to the opposing offence.  As a result they shut down Eastview and allowed 0 points.  Special shout out to Amy B. and Jorja H.  who both made huge momentum stopping interceptions.  Canyon F. also had some monster knock downs and huge flags in the secondary.

On offence Ava H. orchestrated several solid drives distributing the ball well to many different receivers.  Our first score came on a slant reception by Raygan H. who exploded after the catch for 65 yards and a touchdown.  Tori S. made two phenomenal cacthes over the top, one of which she ran for 60 yards and a Touchdown.  Extra point conversions were on receptions from Naomi C. and Rhiannon W.  Great game ladies.
