Congratulations to the cast and crew of CLUE on a fantastic opening day. The first two shows were well executed and thoroughly enjoyed by the nearly full house audiences. Everyone should feel very proud of their accomplishments.

Attention all Junior Concert band members: this is a reminder of the regular Junior Concert Band rehearsal today at the beginning of lunch.

Thursday: Hey OSS! Time for today's Polar Bear fact! Did you know that, when a female polar bear mates with a male grizzly bear, their offspring is known as a "growlar" bears! These polar bear hybrids may be less suited to the environment than their parents. Well now you know!

A reminder to all students that tomorrow is the last day to submit course selections for next year through myBlueprint. After tomorrow you will need to make a guidance appointment in order to make any changes.

Thank you to the teachers for all of their support throughout the process.

Just a reminder for any girls wishing to play slo-pitch this season, there will be an information meeting on Friday at lunch in room 304. Girls' slo-pitch is a varsity sport so all grades are welcome.

Don't forget, Friday March 3rd, 2023, from 11:40am to 1:00pm in the Andaayang Room 222., representatives from the Canadian Forces Recruitment will be at OSS presenting the Grey Wolf military program.The program combines Indigenous culture and teachings with military training that will help youth develop valuable skills such as self-confidence, self-discipline, teamwork, time management, respect and fitness.

Congratulations to the OSS swim team that competed at OFSAA in Windsor this week. The team consisted of Ariel M. Claire K. Ava, E. Rachel C. Madison, M., and Evie C.

Everyone swam to their personal bests. Shout out to Ariel for a 4th place finish in 50fly! Way to go swimmers!!

Attention to everyone interested in playing baseball!!!

There is a sign up list for tryouts outside the gym office on the ground floor. Our tryouts will begin after March Break but we would like to know who you are and what positions you play. Come down and sign up and listen to announcements for tryout dates after the Break. If you have questions, see Mr. Young, Mr. Burke or Mr. Elliott.
