Congratulations to the Sr. Boys Volleyball team for winning their game against Bradford yesterday. The sets were close as we saw great defense from both sides and long rallies. The Nighthawks took the first set with Bradford taking the 2nd set. The team battled back the next 2 sets and won winning 3-1 vs Bradford. The team's next game is Thursday vs Barrie North. Come out and support your Nighthawks.

Yesterday, the junior girls flag football team ended their season with a hard fought 13-6 playoff loss to Nantyr Shores.  The defence held strong highlighted by great corner play from Ana M. and Keira P. who added a timely interception. Addi K. blanketed their top scorer holder her to only two catches for the day and Kylie Hewitt and Lyla P. held down the middle of the field with Petroff picking off a sure td pass on the goal line to keep it close.  Ava M. held the back line, repeatedly breaking up the deep stuff. On offence, Kalea G., Brynnan S. and Angelica RD. made key catches to keep drives moving before Amber L. hit Lauren K. for a 50 yard TD. Great effort and good things to come next year.

Attention all mural club members- we will be meeting in 322 today at lunch. New members always warmly welcomed. See you there!

The Senior Girls Basketball team played Bradford yesterday. The Nighthawks used pressure to turn over their opponents and get out on the run and explode to a strong lead. In the second half the 3 point shots rained down from the home side and OSS finished with a 61-19 win. The win pushes their league record to 5 and 1. Their last home game is today against Collingwood.
