Weather permitting, the first varsity girls slo-pitch tryout will be this Thursday starting at 2:45 at the York Street park.Please ensure that you have filled out the Google Form sent to your school email as well as all concussion and athletic forms prior to Thursday.
Model UN will meet today at lunch. If you weren't at last week's meeting you need to be at this one...Remember we've only got a few weeks left so get those speeches ready.
Hey OSS! Tomorrow Students For Change is having a special meeting at lunch, it’s ‘Bring a Friend Day’! There will be bead and bracelet making as our meeting is happening so bring a friend and join the Student For Change meeting at lunch tomorrow!
Attention throwers and runners- if you are attending today's lunchtime practice, please meet at 10:45 outside the weightroom. This is for discus throwers and anyone wanting to get an extra run in.
This Wednesday April 12th is International Day of Pink.
Discrimination takes many shapes, whether it’s based on race, age, abilities, gender or sexuality. The 2SLGBTQIA+ community is no stranger to the bullying and violence that stems from such hateful beliefs.
While we have made progress towards eliminating these social barriers from our society, discrimination still persists.
So, every year on Wednesday April 12th we wear pink and stand in solidarity with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to continue fighting for equality and acceptance. Be loud, be proud, and have the courage to stand against transphobia and homophobia in all forms. Choose love over hate and wear pink this Wednesday!
Envirohawks will be meeting today in room 303 at the beginning of lunch. Don’t forget we need everyone to attend to plan Spring Clean-up!
Today OSS dance team members meet at the beginning of lunch in the drama studio as they add their final preparations before the SPARK Dance Competition at Bear Creek. We wish them all the best and are thrilled for them to showcase their talent and hard work at the Simcoe County Competition. So proud of these artistic athletes in dance team!
