Don’t miss out! For one night only, the OSS Rock Band is hosting a cafe and talent show for some of OSS’ most talented.
With special guest performances from ‘Shards’ and ‘The Jazz Project’, this is not something you want to miss. Join us in the OSS cafeteria from 7-9pm on May 28, bring your cash for entrance and concession, we can’t wait to see you there!
If you are someone who can balance school, extra curriculars and like to have fun...
AND if you appreciate an easy way to earn some community service hours...
AND if you are a good representative of OSS and are in grades 10 or 11...
this leadership program is FOR YOU!
Time is ticking for you to get your application in to be a Link Leader! Come to guidance, the library, or find one of the many posters in the hall and scan that bar code.
Develop leadership skills, maybe attend a Leadership Conference, meet friends and help around the school as we support the grade 9s in their first year here.
If you have any questions see Ms Bolger, Ms Hartley or Ms Heikamp!
Over the past month and a half, a new student resource has been in the works, this resource is called “The Community Closet” which will allow every student access to clothing of all sizes, hygiene products, and food items. We are very excited to announce that this resource will be available for student access Monday May 11th. If you are looking for access to this room, please get in touch with a trusted staff member or scan one of the confidential QR codes posted around the school in order for a teacher to connect with you.
Prom Tickets are now on sale! Prom is Friday May 29th from 7-10 at Hawkridge Gold Club. Get your tickets for $60 on school cash online. Guest forms are also available in the main office.
Attention artistic nighthawks!
