Last week the OSS Swim team officially concluded its season with 3 swimmers competing at OFSAA in Windsor. Ayan R, Maelle B and Sam P each completed against Ontario’s top level swimmers and should be incredibly proud of their efforts and outcomes. Ayan finished 30th in the 100 m breaststroke, Maelle finished 35th in the 100 m freestyle and 32nd in the 100 m Individual Medley, while Sam turned in an impressive 7th place finish in the 100 m backstroke. If you see these athletes, congratulate them on their success! Well done swimmers!

Good morning OSS. For this week's mindshift monday, the Mental Health team wants to highlight the importance of sleep.
With daylight savings, the clocks have jumped an hour, meaning its more important to set good sleep goals. Teenagers especially need upwards of 9 hours of sleep. Proper Sleep is the best way to lower stress and improve your mood.
We're wishing you a fantastic start to your week!
Former book club members - where are your Martians? Your books are overdue at the public library - please return them to Mrs. Williamson as soon as you can.
