After not one but two rainouts the senior tennis team participated in the SCAA qualifying tournament last week. Kaleb the most seasoned player on the team faced a tough field of fourteen possible competitors he played a strong game that carried him to the third round. While our beginners doubles pairs of Vaughn and Ayden, and Mason and Hazel demonstrated immense growth in the sport moving on to the second round with what skills they developed over five practices! Great job players and a reminder that Junior Tennis will occur in the spring!

The Girls Basketball team got off to a hot start yesterday in their game against Bear Creek. Their opponents found a hot shooter and closed the gap, but the Nighthawks dug deep and weathered the storm. In the end they put up a huge 63 points and won the game by a 12-point margin. Their league record sits and 2 and 2. Next action this Friday. Go Hawks!!!
