Attention all students interested in baseball. Do you miss the crack of the bat, the smell of the grass, or just sitting on the bench with Mr. Elliott? Sign up on the list posted outside the phys ed office. Coaches will assign tryout times after March Break.  If you're not on the list, you will not get a tryout time.

Attention all outdoor adventure club members. We will meet TODAY in room 346 to discuss and sign up for upcoming events. Haven't joined the club yet but want in on the experience? Come out to this week's meeting and get involved.

Unfortunately, the Youth Career Information Day that was going to be held at Trillium Manor on March 12th has been cancelled due to low registration.

Grade 12’s listen up…if you need community service hours to graduate, Ms. Stanley needs a bunch of students on Sat. March 23rd at the rink in Coldwater.

Come to her office ASAP to sign up.

This is a reminder to students who are attending the Lunch-Time Literacy Test Help sessions that there is another session today at lunch.  Students working with Ms. Newman are to meet in 326 and students working with Ms. Penfold are to meet in 217.  Remember, there is pizza so come get extra help for the Literacy Test if you are working with Ms. Newman or Ms. Penfold!

Yesterday the Boys Hockey team took on the staff in a heated contest in front of a packed arena.  The teacher team got off to a sluggish start but really began to build chemistry as the game wore on.  A rallying goal by Mr. Bowman really elevated the staff to higher levels of athleticism.  In the end the students won the tight grueling battle with a score of (PLEASE MUMBLE THIS PART) 13-4.  Better luck next year teachers.

Congrats again to Charlie Pallopson and Caleb Near for their success at OFSAA swimming.

Caleb not only won a silver medal on Day 1, he managed to take 8 seconds off his 200 individual medley for a fourth place in the province yesterday on Day 2.

Congrats guys!

Today and tomorrow are your last chances to buy rafiki bracelets and David's tea. Sales will continue after March Break. Please help the me to we team in achieving their goal of purchasing a goat or two for families in Africa.  Let's “PAR-TEA” and help those in need, help be a part of the change!

Me-to-We -There will be a meeting today in room 222....
