junior boys football team completed the regular season by proving they could
hold their own with undefeated Barrie North. In an exciting back and forth game
that featured several lead changes the OSS offence had their most complete game
of the season. Jordan Buckindale lead the way with 3 touchdowns including an
electrifying 60-yard kickoff return. Despite some early troubles and
questionable officiating, the defense was strong in the second half including
an impressive tackle on 3rd and goal from Horwin Jia. Even though the team did
not come away with a win, it will prepare them well for the playoffs next week.
Next practice is Friday.
