Attention to all boy’s interested in playing intermural ice
hockey please sign the list outside room 212 the woodworking room.
Intramural’s will consist of 10-15 games with 2-4 teams. All games will
take place on Thursdays at rotary place. There are going to be a limited
amount of spots so please sign the list ASAP. Intermural ice hockey is
open to all grade as this is non-contact. Please see Mr. Bolen in room
212 with any questions.
Are you a creative,
team player who enjoys performing? Do you love sharing a laugh with an awesome
group of people? If so, come out to today's info meeting for Improv Team! All
are welcome- no experience necessary. The meeting will
take place today at the start of lunch in room 112.

309 at the beginning of lunch:
Congratulations to all those grade nine students who
attended the Students Council interviews Friday and today. We have made some
difficult decisions. Mrs. Prentice and Mr. Jackson would like to see all these
individuals personally. Meeting today at
lunch in room 230.
All other individuals may come and speak with Mrs. Prentice
about additional opportunities on Students’ Council.
International Club will NOT meet today as originally
planned. Let’s meet tomorrow in Room 229 to complete our trifold
for Thursday’s Sports and Clubs Fair!
Come out to our
first Me to We meeting of the year in room 221 at the start of lunch tomorrow
band meets tomorrow at lunch. Please be ready for an 11:00 a.m. start. All
music students, grade 10-12, are welcome, including all those from second
stage band meets after school tomorrow.
Meat order forms
are due this Thursday. Anyone who hasn't picked up a form, there are still a
couple of days left!
Students going on
the field trip to Coldwater this Friday are asked to please get your
permission forms in tomorrow at the latest.
Don't forget to
sign up for the fishing club today at lunch. A table and sign up form will be
set up outside the library this week.
On Wednesday of this week a
representative from Laurentian University will be here at 8:15 a.m. and a
representative from Algonquin College will be here at lunch time. If you
wish to attend the Laurentian University presentation, you must sign up in

that a calendar of liaison visits was sent to your school email accounts on
Friday and one has also been posted on the College and the University pages of
the Guidance section of the school website. If you have any questions,
please see Mrs. Gagnon or Mrs. Hollinger.
Starting on Friday, and
running through the weekend, the Ontario Universities’ Fair is being held at
the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. It runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free.
